Pitchers learn how to increase speed and accuracy, gain command of the strike zone, and create dynamic movement on their pitches – all with an emphasis on biomechanically sound movement. Hitters are shown the rotational hitting techniques just now spreading into the elite levels of the game, helping them increase power and on-base percentage regardless of size. Catchers learn how to become feared by baserunners and loved by their pitchers for their ability to make pitchers look good. And every player learns how to improve the mental side of her game, to make sure her head is working with instead of against her body.
